We are Twisty and Tiny!
Two of the cutest little calves you’ll ever see.
We were rescued from dairy farms at only a few days old with some health issues and taken into foster care where we’ve received all the love and nourishment needed to grow into strong and healthy calves.
Twisty had contracted flexor tendons, which went on to inspire his name, and required him to wear splints on his front fetlocks. Proving that this little dude has a ton of fight in him, he’s now out of splints and is zooming around without a care in the world! Tiny is only a teeny fellow, and sadly he also had some setbacks with his health, refusing to drink and needing to be tube fed. However, Tiny is now stronger than ever, which is why he and big bro Twisty are searching for their perfect forever home where they will have the best life, provided with extra special love and attention.
As Twisty and Tiny have bonded with their Foster Carer’s older cows, they would enjoy the company of other cow friends (being kept in a separate or adjoining paddock until they catch up more in size) or they would be equally happy with just the companionship of each other and therefore can be adopted out to first time cow adopters looking for undeniably cute bovine companions.
Not only are Twisty and Tiny full of curiosity, they also embody all the usual traits you’d expect from young calves including their love for cuddles, zoomies and naps. Their friendly and happy demeanour means that they also enjoy being around children and other animals.
With your help, we can find Twisty and Tiny a forever family who can nurture and care for these calves as they grow, allowing them to experience all the love, safety and happiness that only a life of freedom as loved pets can provide.
