Rescued as piglets in poor health, these two special pigs are now ready to find their forever home.
Rupert and Peggy Sue, an inseparable brother-sister duo, have had quite the adventure. Rescued from an uncertain fate, their current home became a safe haven where they found comfort and love.
While this haven was a blessing, it was never intended to be their forever home. The loving family that rescued them wants nothing more than to see them adopted into a new home where they can be cherished for the rest of their days as loved companions, not commodities.
The ideal home for Rupert and Peggy Sue should have a secure pen to sleep in and protect them from the weather and plenty of space to roam and explore.

Rupert has a gentle nature, often described as a gentle giant. At first, he can seem reserved, but his true nature shines through once he feels at ease, transforming into a social butterfly. He’s been desexed, making him exceptionally tame and easy to manage. Rupert is the kind of pig who gets along with everyone – animals and humans alike. He loves rolling over for tummy scratches and sits down like a puppy, eagerly craving the affection and attention of his carers.
With her distinctive black-and-white saddle marking, Peggy Sue has a beautiful colouring that catches everyone’s eye. Her short, stumpy body is as lovable as her sweet, quiet nature. Peggy is loving, though she has a bit of a bossy streak when she comes into heat for a few days each month. During this time, she’s best kept separate from Rupert and similarly sized animals like sheep, though Peggy will remain content with plenty of space and enrichment activities during this time, and as for the rest of the time, she’s the sweetest companion.
These two lovable piggies adore playing with water and mud, and they long for a home where they can splash around in a kiddie pool or wallow in the mud to their hearts’ content. Naturally, Pigs are highly intelligent with daily enriching activities such as treat balls will keep their curious minds engaged.
They are not picky eaters and will happily munch on any kitchen scraps, and with a bit of patience, they can be trained to follow basic commands, adding to the joy they bring to any household.
With their easy-going natures and love for human interaction, Rupert and Peggy Sue are fantastic with kids and have never shown a hint of aggression.
Rupert and Peggy long for a family to call their own, where they can bask in the love and care they truly deserve.
