From lonely days to brighter tomorrows. Sequels quest to find companionship begins.
Farm animals often outlive the typical lifespans of many domestic pets. Some breeds can live well into their twenties, making them a serious, long-term responsibility. That means years of proper feeding, regular healthcare, and living on land that suits their needs.
But all too often, people take on farm animals without fully understanding what that commitment really means. Over time, as circumstances change or the novelty wears off, these animals may find themselves in need of a new home.
It is common for animals to outlive each other, which can leave a single animal lonely and missing the companionship they once had.
Sequel’s paddock companions have sadly passed away. Instead of his previous owner getting a new companion, Sequel was surrendered to Til The Cows Come Home so that he could find a new herd to join.
Thanks to the generosity of donors, Sequel has received all care treatments that were overdue, so that he can thrive in his new home, where he will be a loved companion, not a commodity.

Meet Sequel, a charming and gentle alpaca with a heart full of love to share. Sequel originally came to us after he was lonely, left without paddock companions. Now, this quiet yet inquisitive soul is seeking a new home where he can peacefully roam alongside some friendly companions.
Sequel can’t be placed with any female alpacas, despite him being desexed. He will feel most at home with one or two desexed male alpacas. This will give him the company and security he truly requires while fostering a balanced and peaceful life for Sequels and his new pals.
Sequel hasn’t had a lot of human interaction in the past, but he’s naturally curious and enjoys watching people from a comfortable distance. With the gentle guidance of a kind hand, he begins to relax and will happily come over to say hello. His quiet charm and calm nature make him a delightful companion for a caring adopter who values a peaceful presence in their paddocks.
Born with dropped pasterns, Sequel is unaffected by his condition. However, as he approaches his golden years, monitoring for arthritis and providing supplements if needed will ensure his continued comfort and well-being.
For anyone looking to enrich their farm or paddock with a serene and loyal companion, Sequel would make a wonderful addition. If you have space in your heart and pasture, Sequel is poised to bring joy and companionship to your life for many years to come.
